‘One Child, Every Child’. Meeting the unique needs of children in the early years.

Outline

Warrington Early Years Team are hosting this one day conference to offer childcare providers and partners across Warrington and the North West the chance to listen to leading experts in the field present on topics high on the early years agenda.

Delegates can then take part in interactive workshops delivered by highly respected trainers.

Description

Speakers:
James Hempsall OBE – National update on the 30 hour policy
June O Sullivan MBE – Supporting children’s wellbeing through providing equal access to high quality opportunities for learning
Jane Evans - Understanding the impact of childhood trauma and anxiety on early development.
Elaine White – Ofsted Senior HMI North West – How to effectively provide a high quality learning environment for children eligible for early years pupil premium.

Registration, exhibition and marketplace available from 8.30am with the conference itself commencing at 9.30am.

A choice of three workshops will take place during the afternoon session. Please book onto the workshop of your choice when you make your booking.

Certificates of attendance will be issued by email following the event. Attendees will also receive a conference delegate pack.

Booking Information

400 free car parking spaces available with special provision made for delegates with access difficulties.
Refreshments are available on arrival, during mid-morning including a hot buffet lunch and refreshments during the afternoon session.
There will be a variety of different providers available in an exhibiting area advertising and promoting various products and resources related to early years practice.

Audience

Early years managers and deputies, childminders, nursery and reception teachers, headteachers from maintained nursery schools, LA officers incl. representatives from children’s centres.
